1. Enrolment Agreement
By enrolling, students agree to abide by the academy’s Islamic values, behavioural expectations, and operational policies.
2. Attendance & Punctuality
Regular attendance is required. Absences must be reported.
3. Fees & Payments
• Fees must be paid by due dates.
• Late fees may apply.
• Refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances.
4. Student Behaviour
Students must:
• Respect Islamic adab (manners)
• Treat staff and peers respectfully
• Follow safety instructions
Serious misconduct may result in suspension or removal.
5. Health & Safety
Students must notify us of:
• Medical conditions
• Allergies
• Emergency contact changes
6. Media Consent
The academy may use photos/videos for promotional or educational purposes unless written objection is submitted.
7. Limitation of Liability
The academy is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged on premises.
8. Withdrawal Policy
Four weeks written notice is required for withdrawal.
9. Policy Updates
We may update these terms at any time. Continued enrolment confirms acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
